Secretarial Management School (SMS), Gurgaon

A Secretarial Management School has been setup at Haryana Institute of Puiblic Administration , Gurgaon. This School is headed by a Principal-cum-Chief Accounts officer, who is implementing the training activities under the overall supervision of Director,HIPA

                         The objective of the school is to:

(i) Provide in service Training facilities to the ministerial staff so that they are able to process and assist the administration in the finalization of cases expeditiously in accordance with a provision of rules and instructions issued by the State Govt.

( ii) Motivate the officials and inculcate the quality of efficiency amongst the State Govt. employees.

(iii) Provide Knowledge and understanding of the Pension and retirement benefit, Pay fixation, financial Rules, Maintenance of  GIS accounts, reimbursement of Medi-claims, Ex-gratia scheme, Leave Rules and other service matters..
