HIPA is looking forward to Network with the Institutions of repute belonging to Government and Private Domains. Such expert bodies and organisations having strong capabilities in the sphere of Training, Research, Project Management, Survey Evaluations in the sprit of capacity building for Good Governance through efficient service delivery in the State of Haryana are attracted to collaborate. Any Institute, expert bodies or an organisation of repute that has similar goals and expertise may contact to the Director, HIPA along with the background paper highlighting own capabilities, expertise, area of Interest along with the value addition they would like to share with HIPA in terms of capacity building in the areas of mutual interests.
